Yalumba - Alter Egos

My second vfx job for the talented director Gemma Lee. This time the client was Yalumba Wines and the vfx required was to create alternate reflected versions of  both character and wine bottles throughout the spot. Many of the comps were split screens of multiple takes but the piece also benefits from some integrated  matte painting work and a complicated 3d reprojection of mirror, bottles and talent in the final pack shots. All of the work was carried out at 5K in Nuke. The most challenging work that I undertook on this one was the keyframe matchmoving and compositing of reprojected  bottles and mirror in the final two pack shots in order to get matching performances.
